The Only Way to Watch TV is to Binge.....

My name is Krissy and I’m a binge watcher. YASSS bihhh, I am that person who can sit for hours on end to watch one full season of a show. LORD HELP ME! It all started with Scandal, then How to Get Away with Murder, and shamefully, Martin. Yes I know that I am late to ol’ Marty Mart, but you know what they say. Better late than never. I almost forgot my favorite show to binge watch, Law and Order SVU. I really could watch all 300 episodes back to back to back if I had the opportunity. My favorite character on this show is my girl Olivia Benson. She is such a bad ass. I am obsessed with her and how dramatic she is when dealing with certain cases. When she gets those perps in the interrogation room…LISTEN!

I don’t watch much regular TV because I can’t wait until next week to find out what happened. Yes I may be a season behind, but so what. I get to enjoy it without any commercials and I can watch the entire season. I think of it like I am watching a movie…a very long movie. My favorite “movie” is Greenleaf. Greenleaf reminds me of the churches I attended growing up. Just messy and I love every minute of it. Just like Martin, I am late to the Greenleaf party. However, once I found out about it, I watched every season in one weekend. I honestly watched it straight through. I barely got sleep because I wanted to see what Basie was up to and why Grace couldn’t mind her business. Lady Mae is my fave. She is so good with her words. They will cut you down in the most eloquent way there is to speak to someone. Allow me to let my freak flag fly for a moment and say that there is something about Basie, Bishop and Jacob that make me need to head to the altar right now and repent. #holytrinity.
