The Unaccomplished.....

I bet you were expecting a post about all of the things I accomplished this year. Well I don’t have one of those for you. This one is going to be all the things I said I was going to do and well, didn’t. Just like many of people (not my subscribers of course), I had this insane list of things I wanted to accomplish in 2018. The list was so long, I only left myself a small space to breath. There were a ton of other things I for sure thought were going to be slam dunks in my life and boy was I wrong!! I can’t really say that I was able to draw a line through many of the things on the list.

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you The Unaccomplished:

Work out more: I started off with a trainer in January and I just knew I was on the road to my summer body. Well that lasted all of 3 months. I ended that and began working out with a group of friends. After a while, schedules began to conflict, ultimately ending our workout sessions. I already know what you're thinking: Krissy why didn’t you just go by yourself? I hate working out. It is such a task. I thought paying for a trainer or doing with friends would inspire me, but it didn’t. Maybe the fact that your girl can no longer fit into her jeans will be the inspiration I need. I am not trying to buy a whole new wardrobe so I need to get on a better workout and eating regimen.

Read more books: I had a goal of reading two books per month, but it ended up being one book or no books a month. I became obsessed with podcasts and motivational videos on YouTube. You know how that YouTube rabbit hole can be. I have a list of books I would like to start reading. By read, I mean listen to on Audible. That’s like a podcast, kinda sorta, right?

Dog Mom FAIL: Okay so I had this great idea one weekend that I wanted a puppy. Yep, me the one that doesn’t do well with dogs. I have always wanted a bicheon frise, but instantly fell in love with a malti poo. To make a long story short, I had my puppy all of 1 day when I realized I made a very impulsive decision. A very expensive impulsive decision. I cried for 3 days. It is funny now. Not so much when he peed on my floor. Going forward trust and believe, I will not be making any more big decisions without doing research and weighing all the factors. Hey, Milo!!

Blue moon blogger: The plan was to post on my blog every week. Well as you can see from the dates posted, there was a consistency issue. I didn’t have a set schedule and would post when I get inspired to do so. I was trifling y’all. Well that’s probably not a good practice if I'm trying to grow my blog site. Consistency is key.

Test fail: I have been putting off taking a test that I have studied for over and over again, because of the fear of failing. I have to get out of my own head. If I don’t pass it, then I will just study harder and take it again. Sounds simple enough. Announcement coming soon!

I am okay with not scratching everything off my list for 2018. It just gives me something to do in 2019.

Before I do go, I want to thank you for all of your support. I truly appreciate it. 2019 will be more blog posts on fashion, travel, and events. Essentially, more of me. I am so ready to take Krissy's World to the next level.

Love,

Krissy
